Plan calls, meetings and follow-ups

Schedule activities on leads and opportunities and complete them.

Activities are the next steps on a deal: a call to make, a meeting to hold or a document to send. Planning them on the lead or opportunity keeps the whole history in one place, and My Activities gives each salesperson a daily list of what is due.

Steps

  1. Open a lead or opportunity and add an activity: type (call, meeting, task…), subject and due date.
  2. Sales → My Activities lists what is due for you.
  3. Click "Complete" when it is done, or reopen it if needed.

Good to know

  • Activity types are task, call, meeting, follow-up, email and upload document. Each activity has a subject, an optional description, a due date, a priority and an owner.
  • On a lead or opportunity you can also log a note or send an email from the record; both are kept in its history.
  • Managers can create activity plans, a set of activities scheduled on a record in one click, and automations that create an activity when, for example, a deal is won.

Common questions

Will Cutme remind me of an activity?

Cutme does not send reminders or notifications for activities. Open My Activities at the start of each day to see what is due.

Can I see my team's activities?

Yes. Reporting → Activities lists activities across the team, so a manager can check what each salesperson has planned and completed.
