Who we are

Cutme is provided by AppsRobo LLC (commercial register 190768, tax ID 696-544-873), 2 Awel Mayo buildings, Nasr Road, ground floor, Apt. 109, Nasr City, Cairo Governorate 11765, Egypt. We are responsible for your account data. The data your company enters into the systems (such as customer or employee records) belongs to your company, and we process it on its behalf.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, mobile number, company name and password (stored hashed).
Business data: what your company enters into the systems — journal entries, invoices, stock, customers, employee files, attendance and payroll.
Subscription and payment data: plan, subscription dates and the transfer proof you send us. We do not store card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and error logs, to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To run the systems you subscribe to, activate subscriptions and provide support.
To send essential service messages (such as sign-up confirmation and subscription expiry).
To protect accounts and prevent abuse.
To measure our ads with the Meta Pixel — only if you consent.

We never sell your data or your company's data.

Cookies

Essential: sign-in session, protection against forged requests (CSRF) and your language preference. The site does not work without them.
Marketing (optional): the Meta Pixel, to measure ads. It loads only after you accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Who we share it with

Only with providers we need to run the service: our hosting provider, our email provider, the payment provider Kashier when you pay by card, and Meta if you accept marketing cookies — or when the law or a competent authority requires it.

Storage and protection

Every company has a separate database for each service, connections are encrypted over HTTPS, and sensitive employee identifiers in HR are encrypted. See the Security page. We keep data for as long as you subscribe; after that we delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you may access and correct your data, ask for a copy or for deletion, and object to marketing. Email info@cutme.org and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant.
