How pricing works
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP), set from a USD list price at a current exchange rate, so the EGP amount can change when the rate changes.
- Each plan is paid once for its whole term (6 or 12 months); the monthly figure shown is the term price divided by its months.
- Every plan includes unlimited users.
- The free trial lasts 14 days, once per service per email address, with no credit card. A plan bought during the trial starts when the trial ends.
- Pay online by card or mobile wallet through Kashier and the subscription is activated automatically, or pay by bank or mobile-wallet transfer confirmed over WhatsApp and we activate it. There is no automatic renewal: you renew from your dashboard when the term ends.
- Prices can change; the price shown on the day you pay is the price for that term.
What is Cutme ERP?
Cutme ERP is one cloud system for companies in Egypt in which sales, purchasing, stock and accounting share one company database. Quotations, sales orders, deliveries, invoices and returns on the sales side, and requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier invoices with three-way matching on the purchasing side, each post their own journal entry, so the ledger is never rebuilt by hand from another system.
Stock is kept in several warehouses at weighted average cost, with transfers and stock counts that need approval. Companies set up branches, branch-limited users, roles and approval limits, and close each period after stock and control accounts are reconciled against the ledger. Journals post only from posting rules the company's accountant has approved, and payroll is calculated in Cutme HR, with the ERP posting the totals. It is a separate subscription from the four standalone services, in Arabic or English.
How sales, stock and accounts work together
Quotation to invoice
Follow the quotation, sales order, stock reservation, delivery and invoice in one company database. A Cutme CRM opportunity can become an ERP quotation.
Purchase order to supplier invoice
Follow the requisition, purchase order, goods receipt and supplier invoice, with three-way matching. Journal entries use posting rules approved by the company’s accountant before use.
Branches, approvals and audit history
Set branch-limited users and approval limits, and review changes in the audit log. Cutme HR calculates payroll; ERP posts its totals. Point of sale and field collection require an internet connection.
