This policy explains when a payment for a Cutme subscription can be refunded.

Free trial

Every Cutme system starts with a free 14-day trial that needs no credit card, so you can try all features before you pay anything.

Refund eligibility

You can request a refund of a subscription payment by submitting a complaint within 14 days from the payment date. The refund is made in the event that the customer's complaint is approved by us. Complaints submitted more than 14 days after the payment date are not eligible.
