Getting started with Cutme

Start a free trial, open your system and invite your team.

Cutme runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. Each system (Accounting, Warehouse, CRM and HR) is a separate subscription with its own company database, and each has its own 14-day free trial. You can start with one system and add others later with the same email.

Steps

Open the Start page and pick the system you want: Accounting, Warehouse, CRM or HR. Each one is a separate subscription.
Fill in the registration form (name, email, mobile, company) and confirm your email. The 14-day trial needs no credit card and allows unlimited users.
After signing in you land on your home dashboard. Click the system's card to open it.
Invite colleagues from the system's users screen (each article below shows where). Give each person only the role they need.
Before the trial ends, choose a 6- or 12-month plan on the system's plans page. A plan bought during the trial starts when the trial ends.

Note: Each system keeps its own data in its own database, so a customer added in Accounting does not appear in Warehouse or CRM.

Good to know

Accounts are per system: the same email can own an Accounting account and a Warehouse account, each with its own password. When you sign in, choose the system in the Service field.
Your home dashboard shows a card for every system your email owns, so you can move between them without signing out.
Arabic is the default language with a right-to-left interface. Each user can switch to English, and the choice is saved for that user.

Common questions

Can I try more than one system?

Yes. Each system has its own 14-day free trial, one per email. Start a trial for each system you want to test; the trials run independently and none of them needs a credit card.

What happens when the trial or plan ends?

The system stops opening and asks you to renew; your data is kept in your company database. Choose a plan on the same system's plans page to continue where you left off.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Cutme is used in a modern web browser on a computer or phone. There is no desktop or offline version to install.
