Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Agreement

By using or signing up for Cutme you accept these terms for yourself and for the company you register. The service is provided by AppsRobo LLC, Cairo.

2. Services and free trial

  • Cutme consists of separate systems (Accounting, Warehouse, CRM and HR), each with its own subscription and its own database.
  • Each system has one 14-day free trial per email address, with no credit card.
  • Each system's features are described on its page; anything not described there is not part of the service.

3. Subscription and payment

  • Prices are in Egyptian pounds and shown on each system's plans page. A paid subscription starts once payment is confirmed; a plan bought during a trial starts when the trial ends.
  • Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically; when one ends, access stops until it is renewed.

4. Your account and users

You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential, and for the actions and permissions of the users you add.

5. Your data

  • The data you enter belongs to your company. We process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any consent needed for your employees' and customers' data.
  • You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, when you leave.

6. Tax and compliance

Cutme calculates returns and amounts (such as VAT and payroll) from the data you enter, but filing returns with the authorities, and checking that they are correct, is the responsibility of your company and its accountant.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, try to break into or disrupt it, access another company's data, or resell it without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it may occasionally stop for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may develop the systems and change their features, and we publish changes on the Product updates page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute. Contact: info@cutme.org.
